Dispatcher - customer updates (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline Linden Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
