Dispatcher - customer updates (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Bright West Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
