Dispatcher - customer updates (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lakeside Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
