Dispatcher - customer updates (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Toledo with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
