Dispatcher - customer updates (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Stone Freight is a Toledo logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
