Dispatcher - customer updates (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Lakeside Farms supplies farm and food customers across the St. Louis region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
