Dispatcher - customer updates (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Partners is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
