Dispatcher - customer updates (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Hollow Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
