Dispatcher - customer updates (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Quill Inspection Services is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
