Dispatcher - customer updates (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Seattle. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
