Dispatcher - customer updates (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Stone Farms Group is an agricultural business based around San Diego, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
