Dispatcher - customer updates (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Clear Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
