Dispatcher - customer updates (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 505 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
