Dispatcher - customer updates (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ivory Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
