Dispatcher - customer updates (Sacramento, CA)

Bluepeak Keystone Farms is an agricultural business based around Sacramento. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
