Dispatcher - customer updates (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Meridian Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
