Dispatcher - customer updates (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
