Dispatcher - customer updates (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
