Dispatcher - customer updates (Richmond, VA)

Lumen Keystone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Richmond with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
