Dispatcher - customer updates (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Ivory Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Reno with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
