Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Stonegate Birch Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Atlanta. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
