Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Yarrow Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
