Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Westbrook Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
