Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Freight Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
