Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services is an inspection company in Columbus with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
