Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tulsa with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
