Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Nova Drift Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Chicago. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
