Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bridge Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
