Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Cedar Hollow Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
