Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Stonegate Union Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in New Orleans with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
