Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lakeside Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
