Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
