Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Yarrow Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
