Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Summit Juniper Freight is a San Antonio logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
