Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Stonegate Glen Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 690 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
