Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
