Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Lumen Stone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Louisville region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
