Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Summit Fern Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
