Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Bright Keystone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Wichita. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
