Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Raleigh, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
