Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Nova Linden Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
