Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Foxglove Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Minneapolis, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
