Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Cedar Lakeside Farms is an agricultural business based around Nashville. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
