Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in New Orleans. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on customer updates. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
