Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Mill Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
