Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Orchard Farms Partners and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 287 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
