Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
