Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Clearpath West Environmental Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 346 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
