Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Partners and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
