Dispatcher - customer updates (remote)

Cedar Linden Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on customer updates for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
